At Dorai, I played a pivotal role in defining Dorai's brand identity for web, product launches, go-to-market campaigns, paid ads, email and SMS marketing, packaging, brand photo and video, retail signage, and evergreen brand improvements.

As Senior Visual Designer, I spearheaded the user interface of Dorai’s eCommerce website, significantly improving speed score, accessibility, and overall digital experience, resulting in an 18% QoQ and 13% YoY revenue increase; collaborated with Shopify+ developers and conducted monthly conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests to enhance usability and back-end functionality, leading to a 20% increase in average RPV.

As Associate Creative Director, I built comprehensive SOP’s and design processes to support a team of designers. Additionally, I conceptualized and designed a wide range of marketing materials, including emails, social advertising assets, direct mail, print ads, and packaging, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and website content. As a result, our paid ad, email, and social channels effectively doubled ROAS.
